Gary McCone
Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

From 1992-1998, Mr. McCone was co-founder and President of Posicom Inc, one of Canada's largest switchless resellers of long distance services. In 1998, Posicom Inc. was sold to Calgary based MetroNet Communications which subsequently acquired controlling interest in AT&T Canada where Mr. McCone assumed the position of President-Marketing, Carrier and Consumer Services until July 2000. From 2000-2007, Mr. McCone was appointed President and CEO of Ceres Inc. a privately held manufacturer of natural fertilizers. Mr. McCone has been the President and CEO of Preo since October 2007 and a director since December 2009.

 
Karim Teja
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Teja joined Preo on June 2, 2008. Since September 2007, Mr. Teja has been a consultant advising pre-commercial and early commercial technology companies on financial, operational and strategic matters. From June 1999 to September 2007, Mr. Teja served as an officer of Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd., a TSX listed company. From June 1999 to June 2006 Mr. Teja was the Chief Financial Officer and from June 2006 to September 2007 he was the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Teja was instrumental in transitioning the Company from a strictly R&D organization to a high growth company with revenues in excess of $30 Million and product installations and distribution partners in over 35 countries. Prior to Imaging Dynamics, Mr. Teja was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Erasoft Technologies Inc., a private software company where he helped negotiate a successful acquisition by Viasoft Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.

Mr. Teja holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with honors from Simon Fraser University and an honors certificate from the Canadian Securities Institute. He received the designation of Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 1992.

Randy Coates
Chief Operating Officer, Founder

Mr. Coates joined Preo in February 2005. He oversees the company's business operations including sales, marketing, business development and customer support.

As co-founder of four organizations, Randy is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the high technology industry.

Prior to joining Preo, Mr. Coates was Founder, Director, and Vice-President for a TSX listed technology company, Burntsand Inc. Randy co-founded Burntsand in April 1995 and continued working there until he returned to graduate school on a full-time basis in September 2001. Randy has also held sales and sales management positions with Xerox, ComputerLand and DCS Systems.

Mr. Coates earned a Business Administration Diploma from Okanagan College in 1982. He also holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (1986) and a MBA (Dean’s List - 2003) from the University of Calgary. Randy is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society in Business & Administration.

Ian Graham
Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Graham is responsible for developing and delivering the product strategy for Preo. In this role, he oversees the software development and engineering of products within Preo.

Mr. Graham has over 15 years of senior management and software development experience within the software and energy sectors. Prior to joining Preo, he was Senior Manager of Engineering with Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC), the world leader in security software. While at Symantec he led teams responsible for delivering two of Symantec's commercial products.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Graham is responsible for developing and delivering the product strategy for Preo. Mr. Graham joined Preo April 2006.

Prior to joining Preo, Mr. Graham served as Senior Manager of Engineering (2004 – 2006) for Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC), the world leader in security software. While at Symantec he led teams responsible for delivering two of Symantec's commercial products.

Prior to joining Symantec, Mr. Graham held several positions with EnCana Corporation (TSX/NYSE:ECA) (1995 – 2003), formally PanCanadian Energy. During his time at EnCana, Mr. Graham held increasingly progressive roles including: Team Lead for the IT Pipeline division (2002 – 2003), e-Business Architect (2001 – 2002), Team Lead Finance for CP Ships systems redevelopment (seconded from PanCanadian)(2000) and Senior Developer (1995 – 1999).

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelors of Science (1990) from the University of Calgary.

Pravat Mazumdar
Senior Vice-President, Strategy & Business Developement

Pravat Mazumdar is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at PREO Software, the market leader in cloud-based, end-user print management solutions. PREO’s Printelligence ™ MPS is designed to seamlessly integrate into existing MPS business infrastructure and processes, enabling a comprehensive integrated approach to fleet optimization and end-user change management. As the industry’s only fully cloud-based solution, PREO delivers game-changing value to its downstream services partners by being able to deliver and manage services remotely.

Mr. Mazumdar is responsible for growing PREO’s business world-wide by developing high-impact strategic partnering arrangements with OEM vendors, major providers of managed-print and IT services, channel partners and ISVs. He is responsible for product, marketing and pricing strategies for PREO’s expanding product line. Mr. Mazumdar also manages PREO’s outreach to industry analysts and influencers, and serves on the MPSA industry association’s Standards & Best Practices Committee.

Prior to joining PREO Software, he was with Xerox Corporation for over 30 years, where he led numerous successful initiatives in the print management space. Mr. Mazumdar developed the successful Xerox-EDS partnership to jointly market managed print services to Enterprise accounts. He led a team that developed Xerox office assessment process and tools employed by all Xerox direct and indirect sales organizations worldwide. Prior to leaving Xerox, he initiated the effort to introduce channel managed print services programs for the SMB market (launched as Xerox Partner Print Services), and managed the Xerox print-management solutions portfolio. He led development of the industry’s first coverage-based sales tools for the game-changing tiered pricing plan introduced with Xerox’ solid-ink multi-functional ColorQube™ product.

Mr. Mazumdar’s experience in the print and imaging industry has included business and strategic planning, product planning, product marketing, channel expansion, OEM sales and marketing, and financial management. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, a MBA from the Simon Graduate School of Management, University of Rochester, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences such as the LYRA Imaging Symposium and Photizo Group’s MPS Conference, and will be featured in an upcoming emerging technology segment on 21st Century Business TV.

 
Mike Cabigon
Chairman of the Board

Mr. Cabigon has been the General Manager of Foundation Equity Corporation since August 2008 and President of Foundation of Equity II LP since April 2009. Mr. Cabigon is responsible for Foundation Equity's investment initiatives and actively works with portfolio management teams to develop strategic, financing and operations plans. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Cabigon was Vice President and General Manager of Persona Communications Corp., at the time Canada's 5th largest cable and Internet provider. Mr. Cabigon has been a director of Preo since. September 2008. Mr. Cabigon holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta

 
Cameron Schuler
Director

Mr. Schuler's multifaceted career has covered finance, business and product development, consumer products, IT and general management from start-ups to mature companies. Industry experience includes Alternative Energy, Banking, Consumer Goods, Information Technology (Consumer and Enterprise), Investment Sales and Trading, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Nutraceuticals, Oil & Gas, and Oil & Gas Services. He attained an MBA from Queen's University, is a Certified Investment Manager and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute

David B. Cameron, PhD
Director

Dr Cameron launched Cameron Consulting Group (CCG) to meet a market need for proprietary client advisory services about markets, operations and strategy development.

He specializes in helping clients develop innovative strategies and market insights that enable real growth and competitive strengths through effective implementation. His recent work includes assisting software, office technology resellers and OEMs create competitive strategies for the MPS market. Dr Cameron has over 25 years of experience as an executive in the hardcopy industry.

His background includes managing production of office technology to leadership roles in business management and product development for Texas Instruments, IBM and Dell. Dr Cameron was part of the early days of outsourced managed services at IBM, leading executive sales and business process design for large client projects. Most recently, Dr Cameron has been COO of Photizo Group responsible for guiding research and developing strategic relationships with clients and collaborative partners. He also teaches in the MBA program at Concordia University.

 
Nathanael Glubish
Director

Mr. Glubish has been a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Foundation Equity II LP since September 2009. Mr. Glubish was Manager of Planning and Development for McCoy Corporation (TSX-V:MCB) in their Energy Products and Services division from May 2008 to May 2009. Mr. Glubish currently sits on the board of directors for Rocketfuel Productions Inc., a privately held company in the multi-media business, Foundation Equity Corporation and Foundation Ventures GP Inc. Mr. Glubish has been a director of Preo since February 2005. Mr. Glubish completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in Finance, at the University of Saskatchewan.
